The Situation

The firm had been operating for three years with a logo made in Microsoft Word and zero visual consistency across any of their materials. The Situation

A boutique fitness studio with exceptional coaches and real community energy — but their Instagram lacked strategy, consistency, and reach. Competitors had 10× the marketing budget. They needed to outperform them organically without the resources of a large gym chain behind them.

What We Did

Full social media takeover across Instagram and TikTok. We built a content strategy around three pillars — transformation stories, community highlights, and educational fitness content. Produced all creative in-house including Reels, carousels, and graphics. Managed daily posting, community management, hashtag strategy, and DM pipeline seven days a week.

The Situation

A fertility tracking bracelet launching in Canada with strong demand but no structured paid acquisition strategy. CPAs ranged from $87 to $1,200+ depending on the channel — with no framework to understand why. They needed to hit $330K Q1 revenue and scale 3× without a clear playbook for how to get there.

What We Built

A 6-month acquisition plan across paid social, SEM, programmatic, email, influencer, and content. Segmented lifecycle email flows, multi-channel budget allocation with weekly rebalancing, and a test-and-scale framework that identified winning creative patterns and paused high-CPA campaigns systematically rather than reactively.

The app needed to scale from 1.3M to 2.6M installs while maintaining install quality. A full UA strategy across DSPs, preloads, and clean traffic sources. We developed persona-driven creative for three distinct segments — moms, dads, and caregivers — with tailored messaging for each.
