Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing & Budget

Projects start at $2,500 for focused single-service work and scale from there. Our Growth package starts at $6,500 for integrated multi-service work. Our Domination package — the full build — starts at $15,000.

But here's the thing: every project gets a custom scope. What you actually pay depends on complexity, deliverables, and timeline. The best way to get a real number is to submit a consultation request and tell us exactly what you need. We'll come back with an honest proposal, not a padded one.

Tell us anyway. We'd rather have an honest conversation about what's possible at your budget than have you ghost the inquiry form because the numbers scared you.

Some of our best work has come from projects with tight scopes and tight budgets — constraints force clarity. We'll tell you what we can deliver for your number, and if it doesn't make sense yet, we'll tell you that too. No hard sell. Just straight talk.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to begin work on any project. The remaining 50% is due on final delivery before files are handed off. For ongoing retainer services (social media management, paid ads), we invoice monthly in advance.

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and most major payment platforms. Payment schedules for larger projects can be discussed during scoping.

Not from us — unless you want them. One-time project deliverables like brand identities, websites, and video productions are yours outright on final payment. No licensing fees, no ongoing charges, no strings.

If you want ongoing support — monthly social management, ad campaign management, SEO, content — those are separate retainer agreements. You're never locked in beyond the current billing period.

Process & Timeline

It depends on the service. Here's a realistic breakdown:

  • Brand Identity: 2–3 weeks
  • Website Design & Dev: 3–5 weeks depending on complexity
  • Video Production: 2–4 weeks from shoot to final delivery
  • Photography: 1 week post-shoot
  • Brand Strategy: 1–2 weeks for the strategy document
  • Social Media: Ongoing — meaningful results by week 6–8
  • Paid Ads: Ongoing — peak performance by day 30–60

If you have a hard deadline, tell us in your consultation. Rush timelines are possible for most projects — we'll factor it into the scope.

Absolutely not. Most of our best clients came to us with "I know something's broken but I don't know exactly what." That's what the consultation is for.

Come with your problem, your goals, and a rough idea of your budget. We'll help you figure out what to prioritize, what's actually going to move the needle, and what order to do it in. You don't need a brief, a deck, or a fully formed vision. Just show up.

It varies by package. Starter projects include 2 revision rounds. Growth and Domination packages include unlimited revision rounds within the project scope.

In practice, most projects are resolved in 1–2 rounds because we do a thorough discovery process before we touch any creative. We'd rather spend time getting it right in the brief than in endless revisions. Revisions outside scope are charged at our hourly rate, which we disclose upfront.

As much or as little as you want — within reason. We'll need your input for discovery, your approval at key milestones, and your feedback on revisions. Outside of those touchpoints, we handle everything.

If you want to be deeply involved in every decision, we can accommodate that. If you want to say "here's the brief, surprise me," we're comfortable with that too. We'll align on communication style at the start of the engagement so there are no surprises.

Services & Scope

You can absolutely hire us for a single service. We do standalone brand identities, single website builds, individual video projects, and month-to-month social management with no package requirement.

That said: if you're doing multiple things at once, a package is more cost-effective — and the results compound when everything works together. A great brand identity makes the website better. A great website makes the ads cheaper. But you can start wherever makes sense for you right now.

Yes. Some of our best work — and some of the most dramatic transformations — have been for small businesses. They tend to have the most to gain from great branding because the gap between where they are and where they could be is the biggest.

Our Starter package was built specifically for early-stage and small brands that need a strong foundation without a Fortune 500 budget. If you're serious about your business, we're serious about helping you compete with people twice your size.

We've worked across 12 industries including real estate, health and fitness, food and beverage, financial services, architecture and design, hospitality, e-commerce, tech, retail, professional services, entertainment, and consumer goods.

We don't specialize in one industry by choice — we specialize in the craft. Good branding, strategy, and storytelling apply everywhere. If your industry isn't listed, reach out anyway. If we've never worked in it before, we'll tell you that and show you how we'd approach it.

Yes. All website projects include 30 days of post-launch support at no extra charge — bug fixes, copy tweaks, minor layout adjustments. Beyond that, we offer ongoing monthly maintenance retainers covering security updates, performance monitoring, content updates, and technical support.

We also provide full handoff documentation so your team can manage the site independently if you'd prefer. We don't lock you into maintenance contracts you don't need.

Working Together

The founders do your work. Not a junior designer, not an outsourced team — the actual people you talk to in the consultation are the ones building your brand. That accountability is rare in this industry.

We also operate without the bloat. No layers of account management, no approval chains, no six-week timelines for a logo. We move fast, communicate directly, and we're held accountable to outcomes, not just deliverables. If we say something's going to get done in two weeks, it gets done in two weeks.

Direct. We don't use project management software that requires you to learn a new tool. You get a dedicated communication channel — usually email or a shared Slack workspace, your preference — and a point of contact who actually responds.

For project milestones we use shared Figma links, Loom videos, and Google Docs for feedback and approvals. Everything is organized and timestamped. You'll always know exactly where your project stands.

We'd want to understand why — and that conversation is where the best work usually comes from. "I hate it" isn't useful feedback; "I hate it because it feels too corporate and we're a streetwear brand" is incredibly useful.

In practice, first concepts land well because we do a serious discovery process before we touch any creative. We align on direction, references, and constraints before we build anything. When something does miss, we diagnose it together and come back stronger. We've never had a project end without a client who was proud of the result.

Yes, we sign NDAs. If your project involves sensitive business information, unreleased products, or competitive intelligence, send us your NDA before the consultation and we'll review it. We keep all client information confidential as standard practice regardless.

Results & Guarantees

We'll be honest: anyone who guarantees specific marketing results — "we'll get you to 10K followers" or "guaranteed first-page rankings" — is lying to you. No ethical agency makes those promises because too many variables are outside our control.

What we can guarantee: we'll deliver exactly what we scoped, on time, at the agreed price, with the quality we've demonstrated in our portfolio. We've never had a project where a client walked away unhappy. Check the receipts on our Results page.

For social media management: you'll see early engagement signals within the first 2–4 weeks as content starts landing. Meaningful follower and engagement growth typically becomes visible by weeks 6–8. The 90-day mark is where the compounding really kicks in — that's when you start seeing the numbers we post on our Results page.

For paid ads: initial results are visible immediately after launch. The first 2–4 weeks are the learning phase — we're building data, testing creative, and tightening targeting. By days 30–60 we're at optimized performance. The accounts that stay with us past 90 days consistently see their best ROAS in months 3–6.

It's never happened — but if it did, we'd fix it. We don't close projects until you're genuinely satisfied with the deliverables. We include revision rounds in every scope for this exact reason.

If a project genuinely goes sideways through our fault, we'll make it right. We're small enough that our reputation is everything. We can't afford to deliver bad work, and we wouldn't want to.

Everything Else

Yes. Most of our clients are remote — we've worked with brands across the US, Canada, and internationally. Everything runs smoothly over video calls, shared workspaces, and async communication.

For video and photography projects, we either travel to your location (travel costs included in scope) or work with vetted local production partners in your market who meet our quality standards.

Yes. On final payment, full ownership of all deliverables transfers to you — logos, website code, video footage, photography, copy. No licensing agreements, no usage restrictions, no ongoing fees.

The one exception: we may ask to include the work in our portfolio and case studies. If your project is confidential or you'd prefer we don't showcase it publicly, let us know upfront and we'll honor that.

Everything you need, in every format you'll ever use:

  • Brand / Logo: SVG, PNG (transparent + white backgrounds), PDF, AI, EPS
  • Web: Full codebase (HTML/CSS/JS or CMS export), Figma source files
  • Video: MP4 (H.264 + H.265), ProRes for broadcast, all aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
  • Photography: Full-res TIFF/RAW, web-optimized JPG, WebP
  • Docs: PDF, Google Doc, Figma — whatever your team actually uses

Please do. Referrals are how most of our best clients find us. If you refer someone who signs a project, we'll send a thank-you your way — in the form of a discount on your next project, account credit, or a gift, depending on what makes sense. Ask us about the referral details when we're working together.
